With so many different things that come into play when buying or selling a home, i.e. legal, financial, inspections, etc., it is good to have someone with experience and that's where I come in. I have two now adult children and was born and raised in what used to be sleepy little Waxhaw, NC. I graduated from Parkwood High School and began working at a real estate office for a few years and then moved into the mortgage side where I stayed for 15 years working as a processor, closer, loan officer and then owning a mortgage broker office until 2008. That was not a good year for real estate so I began a job in accounting for the next 10 years. Now that my "kids" have grown I have fulfilled my dream of obtaining my real estate license. Every deal in real estate is different and I have the experience that will help you through it all!
