Shannon is what you'd look for in a broker. She is a cheerleader when you need encouragement, she is very knowledgeable & can help you determine the best course of action when you're dealing w/ a difficult situation, she ALWAYS has your back & will fight for you, her door is always open, she takes VERY good care of her staff & agents & she is always looking for ways to have fun in the office. She was THE deciding factor when I joined this office & I've been happy with my decision ever since.
