Hi!

My name is Shannon :) I'm a CT born and raised Real Estate Agent. I've felt a pull towards Real Estate since I was a kid.. playing with home plan design software and exploring each home of the development that went up behind my neighborhood. Out of high school I chose the "safe" route of an engineering degree, and spent 5 years in the medical device industry. My time as an engineer helped to shape my problem solving, organizational, and technical skills which have proved to enhance my abilities as an agent.

While I'm grateful for the people that I met and lessons that I learned, the pull towards real estate never went away. In 2020 I purchased my first investment property, a duplex. My (now) husband and I renovated it, and have been working on house hacking our way to more properties every day. In 2021 I finally got my RE license and was a part time agent on the nights and weekends, helping people along their own real estate journey.. sharing in both their excitement and their struggles. After a year of juggling both careers, I mustered up the courage to go full time into real estate and give it my all.

I love working with all types of people - buyers, sellers, and investors, and getting creative with the solutions to get them into the properties that align with their goals. Besides real estate, I love anything that involves the outdoors and being active. Hiking, skiing/snowboarding, jet skiing, camping... top it off with a good meal and some beers and I'm in my happy place.
