Shannon was amazing! She listened to our needs and showed us properties that met our criteria. She was knowledgeable about the market and the value of homes. When we wanted to look at a house, she would set up a time that worked for us and she was available the same day. She is friendly and helpful. If we chose to buy another house in the future, we will definitely have Shannon be our agent!

Shannon Eaglin has a thorough knowledge of Spokane and takes the time to truly know her clients. This combination makes Shannon the best at matching buyers to their perfect home. Shannon worked with my husband and I to get us in the home perfect for us and within our budget. The home Shannon found for us was not in a neighborhood we had even considered but Shannon had a feeling it was exactly what we were looking for in a home, and she was right! Many real estate agents will simply forward existing listings to their clients. Shannon does not do that, she doggedly researches on your behalf and does her absolute best to fine tune her findings to meet your needs. I highly recommend Shannon as a buyers agent.

We worked with Shannon when moving to town and can think of 3 reasons why we had a truly wonderful experience with her help. 1) Shannon is a superb listener and took time, up front, to get to know us. As a result, we didn’t waste time looking at homes that we never would have wanted. 2) Shannon is truly responsive, which we appreciate when questions come up at odd hours or in tight time frames. 3) Shannon was poised and professional in working with the other side’s realtor, represented us in a classy fashion in handling the inevitable curve balls of a transaction.
