Shannon Hakes combines her experience as a current Real Estate Agent/Investor with her former time as a Kitchen and Bathroom Design Specialist to provide her clients with a unique perspective into buying, selling and investing in Real Estate.

With many years of working alongside Arizona’s top Interior Designers, Architects and Custom Home Builders, Shannon understands the importance of exceptional service and attention to detail. Having completed her own full property remodel, Shannon has the resources to assist her clients achieve their dreams beyond the homes they are shopping for. Her vision helps guide her clients to see the possibilities in properties and helps them navigate the process of working with contractors to complete work. Her breadth of knowledge allows her to be a one stop realtor.

Shannon has lived in Arizona since 1984, and currently resides in Chandler Arizona with her Husband and Son. As the daughter of a home builder, she has always loved the Real Estate and remodeling industry, and uses her experience and knowledge as an investor, designer and remodeler to assist her clients in making decisions that will benefit them the most.
