My experience includes brokerage operations, contract management, agent support, recruiting, coaching, and helping real estate offices grow through leadership and strategy.

I also have experience in land acquisitions and identifying opportunities within evolving real estate markets. I am passionate about the future of the industry and enjoy exploring how technology and AI can improve productivity, operations, and the overall client experience in real estate.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and making memories with my kids. Whether it is exploring new places, enjoying Arizona’s outdoor lifestyle, or spending quality time with family, I value building a life centered around both personal and professional growth.
