About Shannon

Shannon has lived in Franklin, IN her entire life and has very strong connections within the Johnson County market. She has been involved in commercial and residential real estate for nearly 10 years. She's worked as a broker, corporate real estate assistant, and personal real estate investor.

After graduating from Indiana University School of Business, she worked for Presnell Companies, a local commercial developer, as their Director of Leasing. Her responsibilities included securing leases for their 26 commercial properties that were located in and around the Indianapolis area. Shannon then took a position at the top commercial real estate firm in the world, CBRE Commercial Real Estate, as a Retail Sales and Leasing Associate. She focused primarily on landlord representation for retail commercial properties. She was then offered the opportunity to work on the corporate real estate team as a real estate assistant for Eli Lily and Company, where she worked with a team to manage properties all over the world.

After working with retailers as their broker, Shannon decided to come back to Franklin and join her mother's small retail business, CJ's Consignments. She owned and operated this business for 3 years prior to closing in 2016.

Real Estate is a passion of Shannon's. It dosen't fall far from the family tree as it stems down from her grandfather who was a small business man who later became a prominent residential developer and investor in Johnson County. Throughout the years, Shannon and her husband have worked along side each other to flip real estate and own commercial property.
