Shannon is a Bay Area native, born and raised in Novato, and a second-generation Marinate. She is a graduate of San Marin High School and holds a master’s degree in business. Shannon has been part of the Real Estate Industry since 2000 and obtained her Real Estate license in 2003. In her career, she has worked for Vanguard Properties, RE/MAX, and Coldwell Banker. She believes that her advanced education, savvy business, negotiation, marketing, and technology skills make her an asset to her clients. As an Accredited Staging Professional, she assists her clients in preparing their home for the market from staging, project management, and helping coordinate a mini flip if necessary. As a working mom, Shannon specializes in working with families to help them prepare their homes for sale and search for new homes with as little disruption as possible to regular family life. She currently resides in Petaluma with her husband Mark and two beautiful daughters Saphie and Abigail. She enjoys selling real estate both in Marin and Sonoma Counties and prides herself on having a positive relationship with not only her clients but fellow Realtor® colleagues as well.
In addition to taking pride in her Real Estate Career, Shannon has always believed in giving back to the communities that she works and lives in. Howard Homes Group gives back to Buyers and Sellers who are members of the military, the medical profession, teachers, police, and fire departments. She is enthusiastic about the future of youth in our communities. Shannon & her husband Mark are Foster Parents and have adopted their two amazing daughters. Shannon is actively involved with the Waugh School District and a Board Member of the WISE Foundation. She is also a Girl Scout Leader and involved with Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Sonoma County, In the past, Shannon has chaired Fundraising Events or been an active participant in American Cancer Society, Rebuilding Together, Petaluma Chapter of Realtors, Junior League of Napa & Sonoma Counties and Santa Rosa West Rotary Club.
