Shannon did everything she had told me she would do from the very start. She explained her proces and her intentions throughly and followed through with all of them. Shannon went above and beyond with our buying experience. We moved from out of state during the COVID crisis and thus were unable to view any of the potential houses in person. Shannon used FaceTime to make sure we could see all the houses from out of state, she had no problem doing multiple visits to make sure we were 100% satisfied before buying.
