Shannon went above and beyond with our buying experience. We moved from out of state during the COVID crisis and thus were unable to view any of the potential houses in person. Shannon used FaceTime to make sure we could see all the houses from out of state, she had no problem doing multiple visits to make sure we were 100% satisfied before buying. She knows the Local housing market better than any other realtors in town, this was evident when we talked to other agents before deciding to use Shannon. Shannon was an expert on the area, able to help guide for best locations to buy for safety, schools, best house value, etc. Shannon is very well connected and was able to find multiple houses that were excellent deals. The buying process went very smooth with Shannon taking care of ever step and pushing our lender to speed up the buying process. After closing on the house, Shannon was still very available to any questions and was even able to have some minor house work and maitance repairs done on the house at no expense to me.
