Shannon Peterson

Shannon has spent most of her career managing technology solutions with a focus on solutions tailored to the needs of Insurance Companies.
Since 2002, Shannon and her husband have also been active in the Real Estate Market starting by purchasing single-family properties in Minnesota. Over the past several years they have transitioned to purchasing single-family and vacation rental investment properties along the beach. With this experience, Shannon has extensive knowledge of the Beach Real Estate Market, relocating, finding single-family homes, vacation rentals, and 1031 exchanges.
Shannon’s main goal is to be a trusted advisor for each of her clients. To achieve this, she works closely with each client to understand their current and long-term Real Estate goals and establish executable plans to achieve those goals.
