About Shannon

Shannon began her Real Estate career in Raleigh, NC in 2005 where she enjoyed remarkable success in a very hot market. Helping buyers and sellers through the real estate transaction became her passion. She enjoys every step of getting to know her clients and hearing their wants and needs and then helping make that a reality.

Shannon and her family moved to Austin, TX in 2011 and instantly fell in love with the city. After a brief break to grow her family, she was eager to dive into the Austin Real estate market and has not looked back. She understands the stresses of both a local move and relocating from afar and genuinely enjoys helping make this process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Shannon prides herself on highly effective communication, keeping all parties informed and up to date every step of the way.

She also understands that buying is not always possible and/or the best move for everyone and enjoys finding rental properties for those in need until they are ready to purchase a home.

Shannon has been helping buyers and sellers with all their real estate needs over the past 13 years. She prides herself on exceeding the expectations of her clients by giving great customer service and being the source for all things real estate. When she is not working, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, her husband, Brian, son Chance and 3 daughters, Isabel, Sawyer, and Arden. They love to spend time outdoors, at the beach whenever possible, and watching Tarheel basketball! She is a highly active member of her NW Austin community and volunteers regularly at her children’s schools, Habitat for Humanity, and Meals on Wheels.
