Shannon has been prompt and responsive from our initial interaction to the very end. He even followed up when it was all said and done. His attention to serial is rare, he listened to our preferences and was restless in finding us a place that not only met our needs but also our wants. I knew Shannon was going to be the realtor to help me find my home from the moment I spoke to him. Working with several realtors I quickly saw the difference . He asked me all the right questions to gauge what would be the best fit for me. He quickly gathered a list of quality houses that fit my budget. He was always professional, responsive and me being a first time owner he always offered a wealth of knowledge to the process and what to expect as a new home owner.
