Shannon went above and beyond normal business practices to make sure we were comfortable with the property we were purchasing. Even though pictures where online, Shannon revisited the property and Skyped with us, showing us each room and answering any questions we had about the room. Shannon was also able to direct us helping to establish the utilities accounts we needed. i would recommend Shannon to any one looking to purchase property in the Venice area.

Dealing with Shannon Thinnes is by far, one of the best and most pleasant experiences we have had in the fifty years we have been dealing in real estate. We were fortunate to meet her as the receptionist for the developer who built our last home eight years ago and she is even more efficient than we remembered.

The sale was a relatively simple transaction and no matter the situation she always had our best interest at heart. Even with minor wrinkles she made it easy and many times; a fun experience. We could not recommend any one; any more than we do Shannon.

Shannon’s response to email or phone calls was always spot on. As an example, She volunteered on short notice on a Sunday to go take a couple of pictures to address my wife’s big concerns with a material that has been installed. When you are 17 hours drive time away, a local advocate like Shannon, to act as our eyes and ears was much appreciated. She is knowledgeable of the area and fun to work with.

We highly recommend Shannon Thinnes as your realtor choice. Shannon recently represented us in the sale of our home in FL. When we decided to sell, Shannon came prepared with a list of comparable recent sales and current listings so we could make an informed decisions on a list price. Within days of the price decision she had an excellent photographer take photos for the listing. Once the house was active in the listings, the scheduling of visits was very easy via text messages. We had more than a dozen showings in a few days and accepted an offer quickly. Shannon was professional, helpful, responsive and a pleasure to work with.
