Shannyn Smith

Shannyn Smith is the Director of Brokerage Operations at Blackhorne, as well as the Broker and General Manager of the Fort Lauderdale office in Florida. Originally from Michigan, Shannyn began her career in healthcare with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Over three years ago, she made the switch to real estate and has since discovered her passion for the industry.

With a wealth of experience closing countless transactions across multiple markets, including Tennessee, Arizona, and Florida, Shannyn brings a diverse and adaptable perspective to her role. Her main goal at Blackhorne is to teach, mentor, and empower others, fostering an environment where her team can learn and thrive in their careers.

Outside of work, Shannyn enjoys spending quality time with her family and her dog, Josie. She loves playing pickleball and embraces an active lifestyle. Shannyn’s dedication to both her professional and personal life, coupled with her infectious enthusiasm, makes her an invaluable asset to Blackhorne.
