Shantel was wonderful to work with! As first time homebuyers in a crazy market, she did a great job of steering us in the right direction based on our "wants" and "needs". She was always available to take our calls, answer our questions, and was always proactive about telling us what we didn't need now but would shortly. If Shantel didn’t find us the perfect home for our little family, I would use her over and over again. Very knowledgeable, responds quickly to texts and phone calls. She was so patient with us wanting a home with a bigger yard for our children as well as our other “wants and needs” and worked endlessly until we found the one. From start to finish, from finding us our home, to our blue tape walk, even after closing, she has been so helpful. She exceeded all expectations of a realtor. Please reach out to her if you need a home, need to sell your home or have a friend who needs a realtor. I can’t recommend her enough for the easiest and smoothest home buying process we’ve been through.

I highly recommend Shantel as a realtor! She helped us narrow down the place we wanted to live and snag a “unicorn” house for us just in the nic of time! We are a military family and we were stationed in CA at the time we put an offer in on a house (East Limestone County). When Shantel pulled up to show us the house, there were 3 cars there and they told Shantel they are putting an offer in that day as if she shouldn’t even walk the property. She FaceTimed us anyway and we had an offer in, loan approved and offer accepted within 2-3 hours on a Sunday!! We got the house right before the other offer came in! Shantel is very knowledgeable of all the areas, schools, neighborhoods, etc and works super fast. She’s very personable and will go to bat for all of her clients. We have really enjoyed working with her and becoming friends!

Shantel helped us move from our old house in SE Huntsville to a new far more beautiful house. We were initially overwhelmed with the idea of buying a new house but she made the transition pretty easy and now we are in love with our new house! Shantel is seriously amazing!!!! We outgrew our old home much faster than we expected to and needed something bigger, while not wanting to break the bank. Oh did Shantel deliver!!!! She got us in to look at 6 different houses on Friday and listened to our wants/must haves and our dislikes list. Our new home, in the neighborhood and area we wanted, went live on Friday night. She had us in it first thing Saturday morning and an offer in that same day! She wasn’t afraid to ask questions of us or the selling agent. Praise the Lord our offer was chosen. I’m beyond thankful for this lady!!!! The ability to contact her and know I would get a response was a huge bonus. Seriously, the only way you could go wrong is by not choosing Shantel! Don’t be silly and pass up the opportunity to work with her.
We moved from Harvest to Athens.
