A full-time resident and fourth-generation Montanan, Shana Marx brings deep roots and a heartfelt connection to the land she calls home. Born in the breathtaking Flathead Valley and raised between there and the Mission Valley, Shana now lives in the scenic Seeley Swan Valley with her husband and son, fully immersed in the Montana lifestyle she loves.
Before real estate, Shana built a fulfilling career in nursing after earning her degree from Salish Kootenai College in 2002. She spent over a decade caring for patients in Kalispell and Missoula, developing a strong foundation of compassion, trust, and service, values she carries into every client interaction.
Her passion for real estate led her to Clearwater Montana Properties, where she first joined the team as an administrative assistant, gaining hands-on experience and a true understanding of the business from the inside out. After earning her license, she transitioned into sales with a commitment to serving clients with integrity and local expertise.
Shana later returned to Clearwater in a dual role, continuing to grow her personal real estate career while also serving as the company's Training Specialist. She supports both new and experienced agents with education, behind-the-scenes admin support, and a deep understanding of Clearwater's systems and culture.
Outside of work, you’ll find Shana enjoying the best of Montana’s outdoors camping, fishing, hunting, golfing, and snowmobiling with her family in the wild beauty that surrounds them.
