Shari is, hands down, the BEST! We’re a military family that moved to Wyoming from Arkansas in March 2021. From our very first conversation, while still in Arkansas 6 months before our move, we felt comfortable and that Shari was extremely knowledgeable about the market and Cheyenne area. After making two trips to Cheyenne to meet with Shari and see several homes before buying, she was able to help us find a great home for our family! Purchasing a home from several states away was stressful but Shari was able to make the process very easy! Sheri was awesome! I am a first time home buyer, and had an unlimited amount of questions and concerns. She helped me through the entire process, explained everything, and made life A LOT easier! I cannot recommend Shari Webb enough. I don't believe another realtor would have been able to keep up with some of the challenges we put forth but she took everything in stride. We originally presented Shari with a rather tall order, finding property in a specific area in order to build a home. After understanding what we were wanting to do, she lined up several builders for us to speak with. What an amazing line up of builders she had too! Once we discovered we would be unable to locate property within the confines we had provided, my husband and I shifted gears and Shari immediately went into search mode. The perfect home came on the market and, within a few hours of it listing, Shari had an appointment set for us to view the house. She provided the right advice at the most opportune time. She took care of so many of the stressful, headache items that this was one of the easiest home buying experiences I've had. Shari takes time to get to know her clients and certainly wasn't willing to settle until she knew we were happy.
