Sharles Edwards is an Independent Texas Real Estate Agent based out of North Texas. He owns and operates his real estate firm while partnering with fellow firms and investors. Sharles also works with EXP Realty LLC, Seven Partners LLC, and has partnered with SEAT LLC and multiple independent investors. He has been a Licensed Texas Real Estate Agent since 2008 and has closed on over 200 homes. Sharles has been a home investor since 2014 and has improved and sold over 50 home investments. He has been a property manager for over 20 personal rental properties, while managing the buying and selling of countless rental homes. Sharles managed over 20 home renovation projects and new construction projects, simultaneously! In 2019, Sharles began managing vacation rental properties, and is known for helping everyday people become successful home investors.
Sharles is originally from Denison, Texas, and his hometown is where much of his real estate work takes place. He has invested in family homes, managed properties, renovated and rehabilitated houses, and developed vacation properties in the area. Sharles connects investors and firms with potential properties and works with an agent mindset – “you don't pay me until you have property or closed on the deal”. He may take a risk on an investment, but he will take whatever time and effort is needed to get the property up to condition to sell. Sharles also provides consultations and mentorship to help fellow investors and agents. Sharles graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2007, and Grayson County College with an Associates of Science Business Administration in 2004. He combined his focus of business with real estate with his studies at the Champions School of Real Estate. Sharles is associated with Metro Tex – Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of REALTORS.
Sharles currently lives in Red Oak, Texas, where he has lived with his family since 2018. Sharles married his college sweetheart, Erica, who also holds a Texas Real Estate License and helps with the family business. They have three wonderful children, Isaiah, Olivia, and Elize. In his spare time, Sharles enjoys spending time with his family at their beautiful home and playing basketball with friends and family.
