Sharolynn Ullestad

Sharolynn Ullestad has been sharing her Real Estate expertise with clients here on the Central Coast since 1997. Having moved to Santa Cruz County from the Midwest, she is enthusiastic about where she feels blessed to live and brings this enthusiasm in helping others find their homes here to enjoy our Coastal lifestyle. Sharolynn earned her Bachelors Degree in Housing and Interior Design and worked as an Interior Designer before entering the Real Estate world. She went on to do her Graduate studies in Administration, and through continued real estate education, she also achieved the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. This background allows Sharolynn to comfortably assist her clients in visualizing making a house their “home” or preparing their house for sale and working with contractors. A skilled negotiator, Sharolynn’s many clients have successfully purchased or sold their homes here in our Coastal area with her experienced guidance.
Sharolynn Ullestad has served the Santa Cruz County Association of Realtors on their Board of Directors and been active in the Women’s Council of Realtors. Very active in the Community, Sharolynn Ullestad serves on the Leadership Santa Cruz County (LSCC) Board of Directors, working with Leaders across our County. Sharolynn also served on the Board of Directors of the Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce. She was awarded the coveted Valley Churches United Missions ANGEL Award for her volunteer efforts in fundraising events.
