About Sharon
In 2010 Sharon was awarded the “GAR President’s Award” for her service from State Association.
Sharon has been a Top 10% Producer in Residential Real Estate for over 19 years in the Gwinnett, Hall & Forsyth County areas. She was licensed in 1995 with Buckhead Brokers which merged with Coldwell Banker. In 2002 she moved to Prudential Georgia Realty which recently became Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. She moved once more to get back to a smaller, locally owned, globally large, national company that offered all the “big box” advertising benefits to her clients but more flexibility to the agents and brokers.
Sharon is serving her third year as a State Governor for Graduate Realtor Institute.
She is on the Georgia Association of Realtors (GAR) Board of Directors. She is also a voting member on the GAR Forms Committee, Professional Standards and is currently serving on the GAR Convention Committee. Locally she has served as the Committee Chair Coordinator, a voting member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee for Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of Realtors.
Sharon has chaired, produced, sang, and acted in plays and other musical events with The Gwinnett Realtor Players since 1998. This group has given back over $300,000 to various local charities from the performances they have provided over the years.
Her husband, David, of 41 years, is her biggest support system. He works for Oracle and is looking forward to retirement. Together they have a son, Jeff and a wonderful daughter in law, Laura, who are very close by living in Cumming.
Live theater, music, karaoke, artistic painting, and decorating are her main interests when she is not wrapped up in a Real Estate Transaction.
Sharon is a true “Georgian” with family roots going back five generations in Atlanta. They include ties to Sherman’s march through Georgia, the Steiner Cancer Centers in and around Atlanta and the foundation of the Atlanta Public School System.
She is truly committed to provide the best service and outcome to all of her clients. 85% of her transactions are generated by direct referral and repeat business from past clients.
