About Sharon

Sharon Andrews has distinguished herself in the field of real estate for the past 24 years. She came into this business with years of experience as a paralegal, which equipped her with a solid basis for understanding the intricacies of contracts and legal issues that are part of home sales. Beginning her real estate career in general brokerage, then transitioning into new home sales, Sharon obtained the highest designation one can receive in residential marketing (MIRM) in 2007. Sharon also received the distinction of the Silver Finalist in her Region for Sales Manager of the Year, an award bestowed by the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Association of Home Builders. A natural coaching instinct, the belief that everyone matters, and a lively sense of humor are cornerstones to Sharon's success in her interactions with sales agents and in dealing with builders and developers. And when necessary to diffuse a potentially volatile situation, (or just to bring a smile to peoples' faces), Sharon is quick to interject some humor which invariably gets everyone is back on track and able to work together to find solutions.

In order to continually stay on the cutting edge of homebuilding trends, and on top of the ever-changing real estate market, Sharon maintains an active role in several professional associations. Sharon served on the Board of Directors (2004-2010) and as Vice President of Associates (2005, 2006 and 2007) for the Raleigh/Wake County Home Builders Association, as well as a National Director for the National Association of Home Builders. Sharon has earned multiple Million Dollar Circle Awards. Sharon serves on the Board of Directors of a local non-profit organization, is an advocate for local causes to benefit the community and is an active member of her church. Sharon, her husband, Jimmy and their 2 fur babies (goldens) reside in Lake Royale. She has a married daughter and 5-year-old grandson. Their enthusiasm for the exceptionally high quality of life found in the Triangle makes the business of home selling here a natural for Sharon!
