Sharon Asay

Sharon takes great pride in nurturing and maintaining the relationships she forms in her line of work. Throughout her day, she has the opportunity to meet numerous individuals, and she finds it incredibly rewarding to assist them in their moving journeys. Whether it involves witnessing the joy in the eyes of first-time homebuyers or exploring Adult Communities with individuals who have decided to downsize after raising their children, Sharon is enthusiastic about helping people transition smoothly into the next chapter of their lives.
As a native of Toms River, Sharon was born and raised in the area and has settled down in Beachwood with her husband, where they have raised their two children. With her deep familiarity with the community and its residents, Sharon takes great pride in being an integral part of the fabric of the region.
Beyond her real estate work, Sharon actively volunteers for "Pop the Trunk," an organization dedicated to distributing food to those in need. She is also a member of the Monmouth Board of Realtors Grievance and Adult Community Committees. In the past, she has served on various committees, including the Toms River School Loan Fund, the Board of Directors for "My Grandmothers Cupboard" (an initiative delivering food and supplies to those in need), the Ocean County Juvenile Conference Committee, the Community Medical Center Ladies Twig, and as President of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Beachwood Yacht Club.
When she is not working or volunteering, Sharon enjoys spending quality time with her family, indulging in her passion for golfing, and taking to the waters for boating adventures.
