She knew what kind of house I wanted and when the perfect house came along she let me know and then worked super hard to get all the contract, inspections, appraisal and the other things done. She is professional, intelligent, knows all the quirks of the business well, and responds to calls and emails right away.

As we walked out to put an offer there were four more people waiting to look at it. We went to her office that night and she wrote the offer and we got it. Sharon Been's company, Dynamic Properties of Colorado, acted on my behalf as my property management company for several years. During that period, they were always attentive to the tenants needs and addressed any concerns I might have as well. Knowledgeable of local, reliable contractors they were able to quickly address any issues at my mountain log home that would come up. It came time to sell the property, and I chose Sharon Been because she is familiar with the area, has been at the same location for years, and has always been polite to any questions I might have. She made the selling process, as comfortable as possible as were the years of relationship in maintaining the management of the property.
