Sharon Bregel

Sharon is a lifelong resident of Towson in Baltimore County. She has three children of her own, Tony, Nick & Chris – all graduates of Loyola Blakefield and four stepchildren, Jason, Justin, Emily & Sarah. Most are married with homes of their own and successful careers. Sharon also has seven grandchildren, and her family is of the utmost importance. She keeps everyone grounded and insists on at least one family vacation each year, so their relationships remain familiar and strong.

Sharon has been in the Real Estate business since 1987, working with O’Conor, Piper & Flynn, Coldwell Banker & RE/Max. She has recently joined the Cummings & Co. Realtors team, and after 26 years selling real estate, this is the first time she feels she can refer to her broker as family and is finally home. Cummings has afforded her the privilege of recently quoting Confucius, “Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life”. She receives referrals from every client and her repeat business is unprecedented. She is a multi-million-dollar producer each year and is unwavering on her commitment to her clients’ needs. She supports “Continuing Education” for all real estate professionals as a means to battling complacency in an ever-changing industry. Sharon is a long-time member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors, Maryland Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and holds Certifications in many Real Estate Marketing Campaigns.

Sharon is an avid proponent of “Urban Renewal” and has refurbished for rent or sale many properties over the years with great success. With the little free time she has, Sharon always finds time to help the needy. She donates her time & money to causes such as “Beans & Bread” and “The House of Ruth”.

Her outside interests include traveling anywhere and anything her grandchildren want to do. Her motto is Real Estate is her business and Servicing Clients is her pleasure.
