Sharon Brown just sold my partner and I our first home in Santa Fe and was exceptional to work with. Sharon and I spoke every day, all day for about three months — she would always pickup my calls and answer the endless questions I had as a first time home buyer. She made the process easy and fun. Sharon went the extra mile and would go see every home I asked about — she has a lightning fast response time which is so important when buying a home in the competitive market. Once we found our home, Sharon did everything she possibly could to make sure the home was ours. She recommended a solid team of mortgage brokers, home insurers and other locals to work with. She gave tons of great recommendations on ways to improve the home as well as making things such as the inspection and appraisal process easy for us to understand. Sharon kept us involved in every step of the way, but handled everything and we trusted her to do so. Sharon Brown is smart, detail oriented, savvy, knowledgeable, fast, trustworthy, efficient and fun to work with — all qualities you need when buying your first home. I can’t recommend her enough and look forward to the time when we work together again.

I can say without reservation that Sharon was professional, responsive, knowledgable and just the right amount of no nonsense to ensure that we were able to close the deal on what I might describe as a dream home.
