About Sharon

Sharon Darley started her Real Estate career in 2002 after 32 years of leadership in Technical and At-Risk School Programs in Coastal Georgia. Sharon teamed together with other top agents in the Coldwell Banker Savannah Area Office to propel her real estate career. Hard-working agent, a high-tech approach, client interaction and top marketing on the Internet, was the secret to her marketing success.

To enrich her Buyer’s experience, she became an Accredited Buyer Reps and Certified Relocation Specialist with Cendant and Affinity for Military Relocation. Staying on top of the market, knowing new communities, educational knowledge and using analysis to determine the “right price” for customers is a creed she lives by.

As a Master Certified Sales Specialists (MCSP), Sharon worked onsite with various builders for 7 years while handling Buyers for the Sales Team. She stays abreast of new homes and floor plans through the Sales and Marketing Council, a division of the Home Builders of the Savannah region.

In 2010, Sharon moved to the expanding Weichert Realtors team. She is working strictly with Buyers since she relates to their needs from her previous educational background. She is a Certified Relocation Agent for the Savannah Area. Sharon knows all of the residential communities in Effingham, Bryan, most of Liberty County and Chatham County.....even the ones down dirt roads too.
