Working with Sharon was a wonderful experience. I was a first-time homebuyer and Sharon was so incredibly patient with me. She walked me through every step and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We looked at numerous houses and she assisted me with making very important decisions along the way. She always responded promptly and went out of her way to meet my needs. I really can't put into words how grateful I am that she was my realtor. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars because she deserves it. I would not hesitate to use Sharon again in the future. It was bittersweet to finally purchase a home because I'm genuinely going to miss seeing her and talking with her all of the time.

We just bought our first home with Sharon. I can't stress enough how wonderful she was throughout the whole process. It's a crazy time for home buyers, especially first time home buyers right now. We really like old homes and Sharon was very knowledgeable about what to look for and who to call when handling issues that came up in inspections. We greatly appreciated that she never pushed us into a sale that was unreasonable. We felt she was on our side the whole time and not just out to make a commission. Given the market right now we could have been swayed into a really bad financial situation with another realtor but Sharon was looking out for us and would not have let us go down that road. We are so thankful that we now have our home and to Sharon for guiding us there. If you are a first time home buyer, go with Sharon!

She was helpful in pointing out both the positive aspects as well as the negative one with each property, which clearly indicated that she was very concerned and considerate of me and my needs as her client and not only of me as a potential sale.

If you need an experienced real estate agent, that's her! Sharon was very professional, organized and supportive every step of the way. Purchasing a home can be a very stressful and complicated process, but Sharon made it so much easier. She is very knowledgeable, and always available to answer questions and to provide guidance. It really makes a huge difference having someone who knows the value of communication. Despite of being very busy, she will always find the time to answer your text messages, e-mails or return your phone calls. She will always get back to you as soon as she can. She will keep you updated of any changes. She is very diligent. She will book appointments for showings and handle all paperwork promptly ensuring that you don't waste any time in the process. She was flexible with hours for showings which was extremely helpful for us. I highly recommend Sharon Kaster as your real estate agent if you need to get things done quickly and effectively! She is an expert!

When choosing a realtor trust was the number one factor for us. Sharon Kastner embodies trustworthiness. Purchasing a home is one of the most special times in a person’s life, but it is also a most emotionally and physically exhausting process. When Sharon became our realtor to find a home in Farmington she let us know that she was there to support the entire process with reliability, honesty, and a breath of knowledge about real estate, which allowed us to relax as much as possible as we went through the process. Having someone like Sharon, with her level of consideration for what the buyers truly hope for shaped our purchasing experience. She put our desires foremost and made us feel supported. When we told Sharon our concerns, she immediately did what she needed to do to rectify them for my husband and I. Her communications with realtors on the other side of the deal were thorough and clear, while making certain that we as her clients were having our needs met. The ability to negotiate, compromise and communicate effectively cannot be underestimated when choosing a realtor. Sharon’s incredible professionalism is matched by her personality’s ability to handle relationships in these emotional highs and lows of purchasing a home, on both sides of the deal. We had a Hubbard Clause on our purchase of our current home, and the sellers of our home also had a Hubbard Clause on their desired home to purchase. The intricate and delicate technicalities of having a contingency to sell your own home before purchasing another are stressful. Sharon took the weight off our shoulders for the eight months it took to sell our house after putting in a contract on our current home in Farmington. Her professional and respectful nature allowed us certainty that the deal was going through as best as possible. If your looking for a Top Notch Agent- someone who honestly cares and truly listens to what your looking for- be it buying your first home or selling to upsize/downsize...Sharon Kastner is the Agent your looking for. Sharon went above and beyond to help us find a wonderful home to rent while we were moving cross country, helping to ensure we had somewhere to live within days of arrival in state- tirelessly showing home upon home until we found what we liked. We trusted her so much we asked her to be our agent when we decided to purchase a year and a half later. She knew what we liked, what we didn't and what our price range was. She again worked tirelessly to keep us in the area we wanted to stay and within our price range with barely any compromise. We found a beautiful home and she made our closing smooth and easy. We wound up receiving job offers out of state less than 1 year in our new home and chose to not rent out. Again, feeling that Sharon was family to us- we asked Sharon to be our agent when selling.
