Sharon first helped us when we were relocating to Frederick in 2011. She tirelessly and very patiently took us around to see dozens of rental properties, quickly zoning in on what we wanted. When we finally found a place we liked, she was on the phone with the rental agent as we were walking out the door. In less than a day she prepared and submitted our application, beating out several other prospective tenants. Despite the fact that she was not technically our agent under a signed contract, we felt like her 'number 1' client given how hard she worked for us. A year later, as we considered buying our first home, there was never a doubt in our minds who would be the best agent to guide us through this entirely new process, to patiently help us find the best property for our needs, and to represent our best interest in every part of the real estate transaction. Sharon did not disappoint! She took us around to see numerous properties, and was keen to learn what we liked/didn't like. She was persistent in scheduling even the toughest viewings, and never shied away from the long list of properties we had preliminarily selected. When we found 'the one', she acted quickly and gathered lots of additional information about the property from the sellers. The negotiation moved along smoothly and ended up quite favorably for us. Throughout the entire process, Sharon was always accessible to answer our endless stream of questions quickly, expertly but most importantly--honestly. We were extremely happy with how everything went and are very pleased with our first home! Needless to say, I would strongly recommend Sharon to any one with real estate needs in the area. She will work very hard for you!

Sharon was recommended to me by a work colleague. I could not have been more satisfied with the results. We were under water and I had just been forcibly retired from my job. Sharon stepped in and helped us maneuver through a short-sale. Despite what I believe to be incredible incompetence on the part of the vendors working for our mortgage holder, Sharon persisted, persisted, and persisted some more. Through it all, she kept our spirits up and gave us confidence that all would be OK. We had qualified buyers within 11 days of listing (Sharon priced the property perfectly) but then we had to go through the process. Even though we uploaded ALL required documents within days of submitting the offer -- we ran into difficulties. Two different vendors were working on the deal at the same time and they sent conflicting messages to us. Once that problem was resolved, they sent a necessary form for us to fill out to an address in FL (we are in MD). When we didn't return the form in the allotted time -- they kicked us out of the system. Sharon immediately rectified the error and we eventually did make the sale. Sharon was fantastic and I recommend her, unequivocally, to anyone in need of a thorough professional, whether selling or buying a property.

Sharon was recommended to us by friends and she was excellent! She sold our home in 6 weeks, allowing us to move to NC to be close to our grandchildren. Sharon guided us thru the process of selling our home, made suggestions along the way but never pushed us. It was always our choice with her behind us all the way. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
