A native of Asheville, North Carolina, Sharon Lingelbach has over 17 years of real estate experience and joined Premier Sotheby's International Realty in March of 2016 as part of the team to open the first office in the Asheville area. Working at The Cliffs at Walnut Cove gave her extensive development and new construction experience, she set up their resale program and worked with builders to sell their new construction spec homes. Sharon also has general real estate and commercial leasing and purchasing experience.
