Between buying and selling, I have had 8 real-estate transactions within the last 10 years. With my past experience, I feel that Sharon has done a superb job in selling my house. She went above and beyond making me feel like I was a special client even though I'm sure she had many other clients to work with. Her quick response time, dedication and hard work is the reason why the house was sold in such a short amount of time. Sharon has been an extremely patient and reliable presence in our home-buying process. It took us a long time to find our ideal home and she was by our side the whole time supporting us. She effectively helped us negotiate the price as well as comps for our new property. Her language skills greatly helped us as our family has a member whose main language is Mandarin, and she was able to easily take her to view properties.
