About Sharon

My name is Sharon Newell. I am a Greenville, MS native, born and raised in the MS Delta area. I married James Newell III in 2002 and am the mother of two sons, Collin and Jordan Newell. In 1998, I attained a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Marketing and in 2004 a Masters Degree with emphasis in Business Management, both from Delta State University.

After being employed by the Social Security Administration for 17 years as a Claims Specialist where I assisted individuals with attaining Social Security benefits, I began my estate carrier in 2021. Within a year and a half, became licensed in both Mississippi and Tennessee. Within the first year of attaining my real estate license, I qualified for the Million Dollar Club of the Northwest Mississippi Board of Realtors. By my third year, qualified for the Multi-Million Dollar club selling over 5 million dollars in real estate. Within the first year and a half, I completed Leadership Training with the Northwest MS Board of Realtors. Real estate is my passion. It is important to me to stay abreast of changes in the market and continue to educate myself on techniques, strategies, and programs that are most advantageous to my buyers and sellers.

As an agent, I love to assist both buyers and sellers. When working with sellers, my focus is to assist in preparing their homes for sale so that they may obtain top dollar in a competitive market. I work hard to create a personalized and dynamic marketing strategy for each home that I sell. Your home is likely your most valuable asset, and you should work with and agent that treats it as such. When working with agents, I feel that it's important for me to serve as an information source for my clients. I work hard to ensure that they have access to my valuable connections which are great lenders, attorneys and even credit repair specialists to ensure that their transactions flow smoothly. My ultimate goal is to get sellers SOLD and buyers HOME.
