Based on those experiences, I knew there was no one else I would trust when it came time to sell the townhome. “I can't say enough good things about Sharon Sawka. My husband and I are a young couple, just married and were first time home-buyers. We knew nothing about purchasing a home and really depended on Sharon through the whole process. When I first started looking at homes, I wasn't even sure if we  were ready to buy yet, and from from speaking with many realtors I felt very pressured by them, whereas Sharon made me feel very comfortable and I never once felt pressure from her to rush into something. She looked with us for 3 months, only for us to decide we wanted to wait a little bit longer to purchase, and again she was completely understanding and told us to give her a call when we were ready. Come Spring 2016, we were finally ready and obviously called Sharon to be our realtor. She was not only our realtor... I also felt that she gave us valuable advice on a personal level and even looked out for me as a mother would. I really appreciated this since normally I would be doing this process with my own mother, who passed away 2 years ago.
