Sharon Scheidemantle

Sharon's experience and leadership make her one of the most well-known, highly respected and trusted Realtors® in Western Pennsylvania.

Sharon has a B.S. in Industrial Arts Education from California University of Pennsylvania and a M.S. in Human Resource Management from LaRoche College. She taught Architectural Drafting and Design at Triangle Technical Institute. She served as Vice-President and Construction Project Manager for Long John Silvers, American Eagle Outfitters and National Record Mart, supervising site development and open-store remodels for these entities throughout the United States.
Sharon has been practicing real estate since 1994 and is a Pennsylvania licensed Associate Broker and is the Commercial Regional Manager for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
She has employed her background to effectively represent hundreds of clients. She has particular insight for designing and building commercial properties as well as site selection, lease review and landlord negotiations. Sharon has the ability to visualize alterations and new design possibilities thereby enhancing her clients' buying or leasing experience.
Sharon''s list of service to the community and her colleagues is most impressive. As a member of the LaRoche College Board of Regents, she helped create a four-year Real Estate Degree at that institution.
She was a member of the Long-Range Planning Subcommittee for the Pine-Richland School District and is on the Board of Directors for the Friends of Pine Community Parks. She is a Past-President of the Women''s Council of the Builders Association of Metro Pittsburgh (BAMP). She was Co-Chair of the CID Division of the Realtors® Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh (RAMP)and a recent Board of Director. She is a Charter Member of the Pittsburgh Women in Commercial Real Estate, the precursor to CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women). She is a the Club Service Board Member of the Rich-Mar Rotary Club.
