Sharon is an actual super hero. From our first interaction and up until closing day she did literally everything in her power to make sure we got our dream home. We worked with Ben and Ashley, and we can't recommend the Seabaugh team enough! We have purchased (twice) and sold (once) with them and each time went seamlessly. The Seabaughs are ready around the clock to answer any questions, show properties, and to update you about the process.

Our first purchase was in 2019, and since it was our first time, we had TONS of questions. They always gave us thorough, honest answers and made sure we understood each step along the way. Additionally, they showed us countless properties until we found the one that fit all our needs (in fact, they allowed us to see the house for a second time before putting an offer in).

When it came time to upsize this past spring, we knew we would return to the Seabaughs. Somehow, the process was even easier than it was in 2019: they showed us a house we loved on a Sunday afternoon, wrote up an offer right when we all got back home, and our offer was accepted the following day. Their team also works just as hard to sell, so they quickly had buyers lined up for our old home which made the transition stress-free.

Thanks to the Seabaughs, we never have to stress about the home-buying process for the rest of our lives; we will be life-long customers!

Ben was amazing! He was always readily available to answer any and all questions. At first I was skeptical on the whole home buying process and all that entails. Ben told me not to worry and that he’d be with me every step of the way, which he was. He had no hesitation with answering any questions I had. Even though this market is absolutely crazy right now, he never once seemed to be worried about finding us the perfect house. After some looking and tons of showings, Ben found us our perfect house. I cannot even begin to think any of this would have been possible without Ben. Ben you’re one heck of a guy and a dang good realtor!!

We were connected with Ben and he was very quick with introducing himself and finding out just what we were looking for. The first house Ben showed us, he let us know it wasn't going to last on the market. We discussed and he sent in our offer and we were approved in 24 hours. You WILL NOT regret working with the Seabaugh Team! From first time homebuyers, first time home-sellers, & our second home purchase, I truly could not have asked for a better, more knowledgeable team to work with.

They KNOW what they're doing! Just before the real estate boom hit, we were able to sell for above asking AND purchase for below asking on our newer, bigger home!
