Sharon Sweeney

I love what I do! I have been passionate about real estate and living in the mountains of western North Carolina since I came to the Asheville area from the Northeast as a child. I always knew that I wanted to chart a path helping others and I found my true calling in real estate, serving my clients and guiding them through one of the biggest investments of their lives.

My goal is to provide personalized service, clear and honest communication, and sound advice so that my clients can make informed decisions. I am highly motivated and organized, striving to consistently exceed my client’s expectations and provide a stress-free experience.

When I am not working hard for my clients, you can find me exploring our beautiful mountain region, hiking, biking, gardening, enjoying some of the local music or events, or trying out one of the area's fabulous restaurants or breweries. I live in Mills River with my husband, Randy, our dog Ellie and our two cats, Smokey and Josie. Together we have three adult children, Sam, Ryan, and Rosalyn.

I began my real estate career in 2012 and have been a consistent top producer for the past decade. I have vast experience working with both buyers and sellers, including first-time home buyers, investment properties, cash buyers, relocation, short sales, foreclosures, and various loan types including FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional. I am also an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).

I graduated from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and went on to achieve my master’s degree at NC State University in Travel and Tourism.
