Sharon and I found each other a few three or four years back when my daughter was searching for a rental and she made a great impression on me. Flash forward, I contacted her again when my daughter and her husband wanted to purchase. Sharon was aweaome! The process was smooth and fast. They closed on their first home and couldn't be happier! Sharon is such an easy person to work with! She can work around your schedule and even drive me to every house I viewed! I also sold my home with Sharon and was just as smooth of an experience, she was very accommodating and took care of everything while I was already living in a different state then my listing. 12/30/2013 - HenriettaMcCroskey Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Devon Highlands, Nashville, TN. Sharon was an outstanding Realtor. We visited Nashville for 3 yrs and asked her to tour us around each time, and she was always available,courteous, and armed with possibilities for us to see. 04/25/2013 - user1871649 Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $150K in Inglewood (Riverwood), Nashville, TN. The reason that my wife and I have used Sharon as our real estate agent, twice now, is she is very genuine. Also, my wife and I are both chronically late to appointments due to absent mindedness, which also causes other problems in a process as complicated as buying and selling a house, which the second time Sharon helped with both. Despite how frustrating that must have been at times, She was always laid back, and remarkably easy to interact with. I think with so many people only interested in making a buck, whether it's at someone else's expense being irrelevent, finding Sharon was the equivalent of tripping on a diamond walking through a pile of coal.

When i asked about a property, she'd set up a visit within a day and find another house or two in the neighborhood for me to check out while there.
