I had the pleasure of meeting Sharyn after she sent me a card saying she was interested in selling my house. Selling a house in Kerrville when you live in Houston is not an easy task, but with Sharyn, it was much easier than I imagined possible. She far exceeded all expectations I had. She was able to provide me with contact information to get some minor repairs made and arrange to have the house cleaned and prepared for sale. I had a contract on the house after only two weeks on the market. Sharyn was wonderful about explaining everything to me including all possible options. What patience and knowledge she has!
