I'm an educated professional with more than 13 years of experience in this market, and I think I've seen almost every trick and turn of the industry already. I've also had intimate experience with properties in most DC metro neighborhoods, making me an invaluable person to talk to when it comes to relocation to the DC metro area. I'm confident that I can save you not only tens of thousands of dollars, but a great deal of time and emotional energy as well.
You may have noticed that many real estate agents take a transactional approach to sales—identifying clients, closing the deal, and then moving on to the next one. Shaun helped me buy a house in Old Town. I started working with him while living overseas and he accommodated virtual showings making the process seamless. I was buying at the height of the market and at times I wanted to "settle" but Shaun always encouraged me to wait for the right house. He cared more about me making a smart purchase than making a quick commission. I loved how he would point out things I didn't know to look for and it's obvious he is knowledgeable about homes and the real estate market in Alexandria. Stop looking for another realtor! You want Shaun. We had three houses hit the market at the same time in our neighborhood. Ours sold first, and it's all because of Shaun! He helped us through every step of the process and was available to "talk us off the ledge" when we became over-stressed. Oh and we got full asking price, too!
