Shaun Weaver

Shaun attended Clearwater High School and graduated from Fort Hays State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Finance. He lives in Clearwater, Kansas, with his wife Ashley and three boys, Weston, Colton and Paxton. He loves Wichita because it is big enough to have everything you need in a city, yet small enough to get about anywhere in 30 minutes or less.

With an investment and construction background, he loves real estate for the tangible asset factor. “While I definitely believe in the traditional investment markets, there is just something about holding income properties that you can drive by and see and know you are helping your local community and seeing the impact of your dollars.” Shaun chose Lange Real Estate for the growth opportunities.
