Hello, I’m Shaunice Clay, a proud native of Fort Walton Beach and a dedicated Realtor serving the entire Emerald Coast. As a mother of two and a passionate advocate for the area I call home, I’m here to guide you through every step of your real estate journey with the expertise and care you deserve.
Born on Eglin Air Force Base and raised in Fort Walton Beach, I grew up with a diverse and dynamic background and I learned early on how to connect with people from all walks of life.
In 2007, I graduated from Choctawhatchee High School, where I was fortunate to be part of a competitive cheerleading team that achieved remarkable success. We were back-to-back national champions and three-time state champions, a testament to the hard work, teamwork, and discipline that we put into everything we did. They also instilled in me a passion for coaching and mentoring others, which led me to become a competitive cheer coach after graduation. Over the next decade, I spent more than 10 years coaching and helping young athletes reach their full potential. Alongside coaching, I also worked in the service industry, where I discovered how much I enjoy serving others. Whether it was through a smile and excellent customer service or helping someone celebrate a special occasion, I found joy in making others’ experiences better. But despite my love for coaching and service, I always felt that I was destined for something more—something that would allow me to use my skills and passion in a new way. That’s when I decided to transition into real estate.
In 2018, I earned my real estate license and began working in timeshare sales. While this experience gave me a solid foundation in real estate, I soon realized I was craving a more personalized and long-term approach to working with clients. I wanted to help people find their forever homes, not just a vacation property. I wanted to build lasting relationships and be there for my clients through every step of their home-buying or selling process. That’s when I made the decision to embark on a full-time career as a Realtor in 2020.
The transition to helping buyers and sellers on a local level has been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve made. Working in real estate has allowed me to combine my love for helping others with my deep knowledge of the Emerald Coast. Whether someone is buying their first home, relocating to the area, or selling their property, I’m committed to making the experience smooth and stress-free. My goal is to provide personalized, thoughtful advice and expert guidance at every stage of the process, ensuring that my clients feel confident and supported along the way.
Over the past few years, I’ve been fortunate to achieve significant success in my real estate career. In 2023, I was recognized as one of the top 10 agents in my office three times, an honor that reflects my dedication and hard work. I was also awarded the Trailblazer Award for my achievements that year. These accolades are a testament to my commitment to my clients and my passion for helping them achieve their real estate goals. In 2024, I was also nominated for “Most Units Sold,” another honor that reflects my drive and determination to succeed.on behalf of my clients.
