Shay was extremely professional and accommodating!! I literally found her by complete accident on Instagram and decided to contact her. She definitely seemed to be on my team the entire time. What can I say about Shay?!!!! I found her via an ad on Instagram and from the first call, I knew she'd be the 'the one'. We met and discussed the things I wanted in a home, where I wanted to live, must haves, etc. She immediately set up a profile and started sending me homes. We looked, and looked, and looked, and looked. I found a few winners and got discouraged because I was outbid or didn't get a response from the other agent. The night before I found my forever home--EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED--I told Shay I was frustrated and would rather wait for a new construction build. She told me not to give up and 5 minutes later my current house posted on the market. We went to view the home the next day, I made an offer that afternoon, and August 19th I closed. Shay kept me informed and in the loop every step of the way. She exceeded my expectations and exhibited an unparalleled level of professionalism and poise.
