To the person looking at reviews to decide whether you should work with Shawn, the answer is unequivocally YES. Consider this your sign/confirmation that you have found the right realtor. Shawn is beyond amazing. When she reached out to me to check on my home buying process I had already given up - other realtors told me that I wouldnt be able to compete because the market was too hot and that I basically needed to wait a year to get my credit score up and save more money to put down. When I told Shawn I was no longer looking and why, she encouraged me to work with her and to keep looking. I wasn’t convinced at first but that was about 3 months ago and now Im a homeowner :) thanks to Shawn
Shes a zealous advocate, she’s professional, and she always kept my best interests in mind. I NEVER felt worried that I didnt know the whole story or that I wasn’t getting the best deal because Shawn works with such integrity and trustworthiness, I knew that she would always try to save me money or make sure I was getting the best option. Ive never written a google review but I had to write one about Shawn because she was so amazing - literally the reason Im now a homeowner instead of a renter. She negotiated for me, took the time to explain things to me, if I didnt know or she didnt know the answer to something she would always go find it..I really cant sing her praises enough. Ive already told my friends that when they need a realtor to let me know so that I can give them Shawns information and I plan on working with Shawn again when I sell this house in the future! This home buying process was a lot and at times I was just ready to say whatever and move on but Shawn really made things easier and having her support and knowing she was working on my behalf was encouraging. Im still in shock that I finally have my first home because 4 months ago it seemed impossible but with Shawns help, we made the “impossible”, possible ✨🏡

I worked with Shawn to purchase my first home. Shawn is a fun and flexible realtor who was able to work around my erratic schedule and specific needs as a client. Shawn has great knowledge of the buying process and the methods of making a great deal in this tough housing market. Without her expertise I would not have landed my dream home!
