Being born and raised into the industry, Real Estate has always been a passion of Shawn’s. Shawn graduated from Sonoma State University with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and hold a broker’s license from the California Department of Real Estate. Throughout his tenure in the real estate industry, Shawn has held various positions and managed many aspects of the business. Shawn has successfully sold and closed numerous new home communities and resale homes accounting for multiple millions of dollars in sales. Through his position as research manager for a mid-sized brokerage Shawn has developed a vast knowledge of various real estate markets throughout the State of California. With this background Shawn can position his clients' properties for best results and know when his clients are getting the right deal. Shawn also has experience in the field of lending allowing him the ability to thoroughly explain and consult with clients when it comes time for financing.
