Update: Shawn was the best realtor we could have ever asked for. From the very beginning he was there for us. Shawn is fantastic! I am an overly anxious person, especially with this being my first time buying a home - he is very reassuring and punctual! He never made me feel silly for asking a bunch of questions or freaking out over small things. Easy to get ahold of, friendly, kind, professional, and honestly just a great person. As first time home buyers, Shawn was so helpful and patient. He was always avaliable when we wanted to see a house or had any questions. He learned what we wanted and never once tried to get us to jump on something just so he could get paid, nor did he ever make us feel like a burden. He was great all around, and at the end of this all, we consider him our friend. Highly highly reccomend!!

Fantastic real estate company and we especially wanted to recommend Michelle Plunkett!! -- She did a phenomenal job for us from start to finish -- was extremely patient and looked out for our interests 100%. She was very organized and detailed and also brought to our attention many things that we wouldn't have thought about. There were a couple items that we were worried about with the paperwork from the other party but she made special calls and looked at it in very close detail to resolve our concerns. If you are looking for a top notch realtor look no farther!!

I have Bought and sold all my houses through Red Carpet Keim in Davison! I recommend them to my family and friends, with the highest of satisfaction.
Houses that others could not sell were sellable and if a complication comes up during your transaction, they go beyond any other realtor I have delt with to make sure the transaction is a smooth as possible.
