We met Shawna at the beginning of July, and told her we were seriously considering moving to Washington, IF she could find us a home that met all of our criteria. We genuinely thought it might take six months to find what we were looking for, in the area we wanted to be in, and in our price range. Shawna was kind and patient, and sent us listings weekly, sometimes more often, and she would happily go visit any property that interested us and give us a video walk through, since we were living out of state at the time. With each new listing we saw, she got a better understanding of what we wanted, and by the end of July she had found us THE one. With her knowledge and professionalism, we were able to submit an offer and have it accepted. I do not believe that any other realtor could have found us this amazing house in that short amount of time, while doing it all remotely, and we are forever grateful to Shawna, Russell, and their team of professionals, for getting us into our dream house. We would absolutely use Shawna again, and are certainly telling all our friends.

Shawna & Russell have been fantastic agents to work with, and incredibly responsive. At one point, Shawna was literally stuck on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck and was still making calls, answering questions, and submitting documents for us. As first time home sellers, we felt like we were in good hands and at ease with the process, with every question we had being answered patiently and completely. We would highly recommend the Brenneke's to anyone looking for help buying or selling a home or property.

This team goes above and beyond. We were looking for a home at a very stressful time in our lives. Dealing with a serious illness and needing to find a home with a master on the main during an inventory crisis. I chose Shawna initially because I was well aware of her knowledge of our city and community but she proved to be so much more. She was professional throughout the whole process of selling my home. I appreciated her honesty in telling me what she believed was a realistic selling price up front, rather than giving an inflated estimate to get the listing. She was quick to respond to all calls, texts and emails. I felt very confident in her skills with real estate and that I could trust her suggestions. I know there was a lot of negotiating to make my sale work and to get me the price I needed. We had several buyers back out because of loan issues and Shawna kept right on working with a positive and reassuring attitude. This helped me to feel calm as well at a stressful time. The most important thing to me, besides her getting me the price she predicted, was her kindness and compassion. I knew she cared about me as well as my house. If you choose Shawna I'm sure your experience will be as positive as mine.
