Shawnna Brown is by far the best realtor you can use! She is kind and respectful. She is always honest and upfront with information. And she provides explanation for home buying terms that can get confusing. You can always expect Shawnna to be on time and quick to respond to any questions you may have. We were paired with Shawnna by our mortgage lender. The very first contact we had with Shawnna she was friendly, genuinely caring, and confident in her abilities. My wife and I knew right away we were in good hands! Over the next few weeks Shawnna gave us great insight and tips and before we knew it our house was on the market. Just before putting our house on the market Shawnna took us house hunting. As my wife and I looked at a variety of properties Shawnna was listening to our conversations and paying attention to our preferences. As we finished with the last house on our list we realized we just hadn’t seen the right place yet. However, Shawnna remembered one other place that she only brought up because it seemed to meet the expectations we had, so we decided to go take a look with her. It turned out to be exact house we were looking for. After that the process went quickly! We put our house on the market, 6 hours later we had a contract on our house!! That evening we put an offer on the house we loved and the next morning the owners accepted! The whole process went so smoothly with Shawnna leading the way. We believe we’re in our forever home now but if we ever need to go through the process again we’ll be going to Shawnna! Not only was Shawnna the professional we needed, she also became a good friend in the process. We couldn’t recommend anyone more than Shawnna for your realtor needs!
