Shayla Allen

Shayla’s passion for Real Estate began 12 years ago with helping senior family members and friends facing challenges of downsizing and retiring. As a previous Medical Office Administrator with a bachelor's in management and Leadership, she served local community colleges as an instructor to help students find their next level and new careers.
It was an honor and privilege to find herself with a second career in Real Estate in 2016 surrounded by the best of the best in the Dallas, Texas market. For four years she managed closing and executing over 100 million dollars in transactions with her team. She has helped hundreds of clients, and nurtured numerous agents, with transaction guidance so clients can trust she not only knows the process but can train others to have a stress-free experience. Awarded Top One Percent in Dallas and Top 100 for Coldwell Banker several years in a row. Shayla’s designations align with her passions for making a positive difference.

She moved back home to Florida in 2019 and she enjoys Boca Raton beaches as a daily lifestyle. Her certifications with CURBIO and with Home Partners of America assist her to provide tools to her clients. Shayla is associated with Relocation for Global Luxury Portfolio. She is working on my Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation, a two-year process.
