After nineteen years in the military and having to deal with numerous realtors (six) I can truly say that Sheila Bell has been the best I have worked with. She is a true professional who will go far beyond her duties (legally) to ensure your house sells. Of my passed six realtors, none have done what she did. She was always in constant communication with me; letting me know how everything was going in the in selling the house, something the others only did when the house had an offer only. If there was any repairs that I need to do to the house and I could not find anyone to go and watch the repairs get done (I was living in a different state), she would take time from her personal life to help me and again something none of the other realtor did. The greatest thing in my opinion that Sheila has is that she will tell you how it is and not what you want to hear, If you listen your house will sell. Other realtors always told me what I wanted to hear which turned in to overpriced houses sitting on the market for years and losing money instead of making money. Lastly, Sheila’s values and ethics in her profession go far beyond many others of her peers (again in my opinion). You will not go wrong if you are open to listening to what she has to say. I wish she could come to Texas to help me find my new house. Thank you Sheila (all the way from the middle of nowhere on the other side of the world)!!!

Sheila did a fantastic job of selling our old home and assisting us with buying our new home. She took lots of pictures of our old house and had a great Internet advertisement ready in just a few days. Sheila arranged an open house with other real estate agents which was very helpful in quickly selling our home.
