Sheila Henderson

Sheila Henderson, a native of Renton WA, joined her husband Sean Henderson's Real Estate business (he started in 2005) in early 2016 to provide marketing and operations expertise for him and his clients. In early 2017 she became a Realtor / Transaction Coordinator in the state of WA and a Realtor in the state of Arizona. She has received the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) certification to better serve their more "mature" clientele.

Sheila comes with 28 years of experience at Microsoft Corporation in the areas of Customer Service & Support and Marketing & Operations. As a Senior Director leading large teams of people across the globe, she focused on driving large increases in customer and employee satisfaction. She brings that passion to her work on behalf of their Henderson Real Estate VIPs clients.

Sheila and Sean first started coming to Arizona in 2007, purchasing an investment home in 2013 that they finally made their primary residence in early 2021.

Sean closed the WA business in 2023 and retired the end of 2025, while Sheila continues to service their clients in Arizona focused on Tucson and Phoenix metro areas.
