I would like to commend Sheila Oliver (Licensed Washington Broker and CA AGENT) for her superior performance in finding an appropriate home for myself and my family. Sheila was very considered, helpful and caring, where I’m very demanding in business transactions.
Unlike others, I have met in the real estate Industry she was more interested in meeting my needs and customer service, rather than selling me a home.
Sheila’s top priority was always directed towards finding something we like, rather than selling us something that would benefit herself. By the way she is very family oriented and that makes her broker skills more experienced and unique.
Sheila gets the job done without errors, follows up to the letter to verify that all has been correctly addressed; she is very sharp because she cares for her job and for her customers in this case my family and I.
I would recommend her 100% and make myself available to answer any questions regarding her capabilities, you would be surprised.

Sheila was instrumental in helping us to secure our current tenancy agreement. She was extremely personable and reliable in liaising with our property manager and landlord from initial contact to rental approval. Highly recommended.

We were so fortunate to work with Sheila. Sheila helped us with purchase of our home setting all expectations and explaining the process so thoroughly. Our family was new to the state of Washington and we were very appreciative of her area knowledge and how she shared her own home-buying experiences as well.

Sheila was there every step of the way. She answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. Her professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated.

In short, she was always on our side working to make our home purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Sheila was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal.
